Freeform Scenario: Revenge of the Seven features a unique narrative structure with many experiences unfolding in response to your decisions and the objective you tackle first—from your approach to expanding the empire to the order in which you face the Seven Heroes. Your actions and choices will dramatically influence the course of the story. Combat: The original's strategic, turn-based battle system has been further enhanced with a timeline system. Enjoy classic SaGa mechanics like "Glimmer," which lets you learn new skills mid-battle, and "Formations," which grant unique advantages to your followers. The remake also utilizes the "United Assault" feature, which lets you perform combo attacks with your followers to turn the tide of battle! Graphics: The original's 2D pixel sprites are now 3D models, but retain their charming and familiar appearance, based on Tomomi Kobayashi's wonderful concept illustrations. All towns and caves are now fully rendered, with reworked terrain and layouts. Three difficulty levels: Relaxed, Normal, or Hard. Relaxed places more focus on the narrative. Normal is recommended for experienced RPG players seeking balance. Hard is perfect for players who want to experience the brutal challenge of the original version. Music & Voice Acting: Kenji Ito returns with a wonderful soundtrack full of new arrangements! You can choose between the original and new music via the options. Plus, there's now full voice acting in Japanese and English for all cutscenes!
